We had a lot of questions because we were first-time buyers, and she was able to answer all of our questions and help us better understand everything. These folks were more than a pleasure to work with. If I had questions about a property they would find out what I needed to know within a few moments. They work well as a team, and I haven't seen people work together as well as these two.

Hank was always there waiting for us at our planned meeting spots. The first time we met Hank, he showed up with a list of homes, their details, and a map showing how to move from
home to home. Awesome.
We were moving from out of town and came to the area twice to shop. Hank adjusted his schedule to meet our travel times. He was helpful in pointing out home features that were unique to the area (we were coming from a place with basements etc) and how to adjust to local
living. We also spent a day with Jenyse and had a long discussion with her about the various homes we saw and liked. She helped us narrow the list. I would say both Hank and Jenyse really listened to our questions, issues, concerns and taste preferences.
Once we finally selected a home the process of placing an offer was done mostly
online. We were able to sign documents online, which made the process so much easier when moving from out of town (and not having to find a fax machine etc). Hank help identify a negotiation strategy, which made me feel like he had our best interest at heart; not
just looking to get a deal done. He presented different options and how to ask for
compensation when we ran into road blocks. Hank was very frank and open when negotiations did not going well. We were given heads up on progress, and he would check in
with updates, even when there were none. I always felt like I knew exactly where we were in this process.
Hank stood up for us and fought for us when the other agent became difficult. Hank was with us at the closing, while Jenyse was at our new home waiting for negotiated items to be returned. These two really have an attention to detail, both in the contracts and at the walk through. Hank and Jenyse saw it through to the end. Hank even carrying a few boxes into the house when we were moving in.
I'm sure Hank would say this was a tough one. The seller’s agent seemed to create drama. We negotiated early possession, so we could unload the moving truck in an efficient manor (and not pay to unload and reload our stuff, or pay for standing days on the moving truck). It was Hank who suggested this as an idea to keep our costs down. There were issues identified with the
inspection, and negotiations were not simple. Hank suggested a different approach, and we were able to get a satisfactory result.
There were issues with the appraisal. And again negotiations got tense (to the point that we started shopping for other homes again). Hank was able to deflect the negative emotion of the selling agent. Even at the very end, the seller's movers packed the washer and
dryer (that were part of the deal). Hank was able to get a satisfactory resolution so that we could close on time, without reservation.
Hank was able to get results without becoming emotional or join in on the mudslinging; which enabled us to view our new home in a positive manor.
I am very happy with the home we purchased, and the price that we paid for it. This was the worst real estate transaction I have ever been a part of (5th home I've purchased),
and I would have walked away from the selling agent if Hank was not there to calm us down and keep things together.

Hank, with Keller Williams, listed our property in June, 2013. Sold September 2014 thru many difficult issues with the property's irregular zoning and financing issues.
The property was in a Family Trust. It was a unique piece of property that was deeded in the late 1930's, located in Chesapeake Beach area of old Princess Anne County. There were no strict Code issues until the City of Virginia merged with Princess Anne. There were two living units--one was an upstairs/downstairs apartment, and the other was a single house, with 3 families living on a single lot.
Hank had to do extensive research and Code "digging" to bring it into compliance with the City's current zoning laws in order to qualify for a loan. There were several offers, but they were not willing to buy at the appraised value. We also had a lot of interest from other potential buyers, but before it could qualify for a loan it had to be in compliance. After many complications, Hank was able to pull it together and made the property qualify for a loan. He kept me informed weekly of showings and anything else I needed to know. He sold it for us at an agreeable price

We worked mostly with Jenyse and she was simply amazing. We actually went through three real estate agents before we found her and Hank. They are a great team! They will listen to what you are looking for, show you the right property, not waste your time and are very personable. Jenyse had awesome references and I truly felt that I could call or text her at any time... In fact, I DID have to text her many times before and after closing! She was there for us when we had a small emergency while we were away shortly after buying our new home. Nothing too serious, but she coordinated getting the HVAC person from our home warranty over to our house to have it fixed. She saved the day, she's awesome, stop looking, call her now.

Hank Reisenbicher has by far been the best realtor I have ever worked with. My husband and I were first time home buyers and he was there every step of the way, to explain every single step and to answer any questions we had. He was very patient with us, and looked at so many different houses with us, and gave us advice to keep us moving in the right direction. Even now that we have purchased our house, he still has been there for us, and has continued to make sure everything has been going well. When it comes time to sell our home, I will definitely be going through them again.
Jenyse was great as well, I appreciate all the work she did for us, she took time away from her family on a holiday to come meet me and my family at our new house just so that way they could see the house. There is no other realtor that would do that. She was always very flexible with her schedule and she was always available for whenever we needed anything. She also was there to answer any questions we had and walked us through everything.
The whole process was great! I was expecting a ton of stress and difficult situations, but the whole process was very smooth, and we didn't really need to do anythng, Hank and Jenyse handled everything, these two are the best real estate agents you are going to find! They get 10 stars in my book!

The Keller Williams team of Hank and Jenyse hands down are the most professional pair of Realtors I have ever had to deal with. Both are very knowledgeable and always available to answer your questions. They handled the sale of our house and their CMA was spot on. They also handled the purchase of our next home. Again the CMA and negotiated price were spot on. Both were available at all times and returned all calls promptly. They were with us from the beginning to the final close on both homes (every step of the way). You will not find another team that keeps your wants and needs in mind vise just "pushing" houses.

Going into the home market, we were rather skeptical about working with a realtor; however, from the first meet and greet with Hank, our worries were abolished. He was excellent at explaining the entire home purchase process in an understandable manner. He briefly covered some topics, while going into much greater detail one those that we didn't already understand. He also worked around our rather demanding schedule to find exactly what we were looking to buy. He knows the positive and negative of living in or commuting from any area in Hampton Roads and made sure we really had accurate expectations of each community that we looked to buy. We knew Jenyse because she was our buyer’s agent, 7 years earlier!! Jenyse and Hank provided exceptional service, especially since we had already moved to Florida before the house sold. They went above and beyond what would have been expected to help us with every aspect of the sale. Initially spoke with this company regarding interest in buying a new home. Was looking for a specific area and in no hurry, so Hank put me on a weekly email list showing specifics of houses available in my areas of choice.
I appreciated that the houses were already filtered to NOT include houses that were just sold or had contracts on them already... websites like Trulia and Zillow do not filter information in this way. Also, I appreciated that our realtor did not pressure us in any manner to find something quickly just to get a sale.
Once we decided to look at a few houses - he responded promptly, working with our hectic schedules and setting up viewings. Within a week, we found our house and he helped us immensely in negotiating our contract for a fair price and worked expediently and professionally until our closing. He also gave great recommendations on lender, appraiser and title/escrow... all of which went smoothly especially considering our closing date was only a month out from initial contract. Hank also worked tirelessly to ensure needed repairs were all done and completely taken care of before close.
Overall, we had an excellent experience and will certainly use their services again in the future. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell! They WILL take care of you.

Jenyse and Hank worked as the buyer’s agent. They were extremely professional and informative. They answered questions and searched the areas requested - did not try to "sell" something just because it worked for them. Really listened to concerns and requests. My niece and her family asked for help to buy a home here in Virginia for their return here from Hawaii. As they are still on the island, I was "elected" to help them with the process from start to finish. Hank and Jenyse were fully informed of them purchasing a home "Site unseen", and were willing to help in any way possible to complete the task.
They spoke with my niece to get the "must haves" list from them, they together they all narrowed it down to those that met the criteria needed for the family. I then met with Jenyse and Hank and looked at all homes found. After some discussion, we found a home that was just above the requested price ceiling - and it was perfect!
Hank and Jenyse were fantastic at the negotiation. It was an extremely fair deal for both buyer and seller and all the numbers worked favorably! Either one or the other agent was available for all inspections and re-inspects. I never once felt that they had any other clients than me, working for family!

Our house was in jeopardy of going into foreclosure. We had given up. We called our lawyer and she suggested that if we were unable to continue payments that we should contact realtor friends of hers who she trusted totally. We did. They even went so far as to have lawn people come mow the lawn so that the house and it's curbside appearance looked presentable. They did not pressure us in any way and were extremely patient with us.
